This is our first really big install and I wanted to get your opinions on it. I feel really good about this job and knowing we provide comfort to the customer makes me feel good about it, especially when the home costs over a $1,000,000. The second picture shows our return side pressure in Pascals. It could be better but we installed two stage variable speed units as a safety factor. The second shows our use of bright colors in our ductwork. The third, a small return box we fabricated because we had a nice wooden support box that took up a lot of room.
But first, the inspection. We didn't really install this system. This goes on in homes in our area all of the time. For some reason, this inspector finally failed it when they normally might let it pass. The HVAC contractor on the job swears that it is a good installation.

This is what we are all about here at RSES. Don't learn bad habits like these. There's a right way and a wrong way and all of us have seen examples similar to the pictures above.
